Tinglee Kábrt Nammavong — head chef & owner
Tinglee has led PadThai since 2012. Born in Laos, she studied gastronomy in Bangkok and cooked in several local restaurants. She moved to the Czech Republic in 2002 and, as head chef, led the Lao–Thai restaurant Sabaidy. At PadThai she brings together solid craft, fresh ingredients, and authentic recipes from Southeast Asia.
Our philosophy
Our cooking is an invitation to everyday Thailand: high heat, the aroma of basil and kaffir lime leaf, a touch of tamarind for acidity and a pinch of chilli for joy. We stay true to the traditions Tinglee brought from Bangkok and Laos and translate them for Brno so they taste just right—without losing authenticity.
